The sound repository has been updated with a new pack of "raw" female vocals. The pack consists of 106 "imperfect" samples and 244mb (uncompressed) of content. New demos will be added to the website later today, but users can all login and download the new content right away An official update description will be published later on, but the samples have been created from a vocal session with a "funk" singer whom gave us a variety of raw performances, which were essentially going to be for source material for textures, which we thought would be good to give to users of the library for manipulating. We've added a small audio clip demonstrating the different categories of samples included with the package, which include dry, room, hall, merged and pitched. The samples were originally recorded as source content for Camel Audio's Alchemy synthesizer, but was never used. Below is a link to the clip on our soundcloud page:

Well, from what I understand, there is a package of recordings that will be added which includes some drills and saws Steven |

Here is a screenshot of a new tool that we will be packaging with the sound repository. We're still unsure if it will go with both packages or only the developer bundle, but those who would like to test it out when it's ready, please do contact us and provide us with your name, e-mail address and system specifications (OS, host, etc.):

Because he drives a big Mercedes Turbo but his drill is too inconspicuous... (Just kidding... |

Here is the main screen of the software, which, as you can see, is a waveform generation tool, which runs as a VSTi instrument within your host application. Using a formula input, you can create custom waveforms and then export them from your host as a single-cycle, 2048 sample waveform, usable in various other VSTi instruments that support them (Alchemy, Helix, etc). There is still quite some work to finish, but it is not too far from being complete.

Hi Steven, as noted in the other thread +1 for randomizer button and also for a node edit function!
If I had to pick one or the other, Ie only had a choice of one of those I's say the node edit is more important than the randomizer. |

All suggestions are valid at this point, but my only request is that you post it in the actual project thread so that I don't forget to mark it on the list http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=349646 Steven |

Also, we have come to a decision that all of our Developer's bundle license holders will indeed receive WaveShaper/WaveBuilder for free once it is release. We will send all Developer's bundle holders information on the release when it is available Steven |
