I see no point in using the Novation forum. I became a registered forum member about a week ago and I posted 2 general technical questions about their midi controllers, none of which was accepted by the moderator. There was nothing offensive, challenging, or difficult to answer there. I mean, what is the point of having a forum if only old users can post there? I'm beginning to have serious doubts about Novation as a company. I just submitted my third (and probably last) message complaining about what had happened to my previous 2, but I doubt this one will be accepted either. These are some small (or maybe not that small) things that are a reflection of a company's customer service in general. I'm really disappointed. |

is it possible they haven't read it yet?
seen any posts from the forum moderator(s)? I've seen companies that lay off their mods and it takes awhile for them to figure out that no one is doing it. |
