Still, my recommendation would be LaCie - LaCie Little Big Disk - Thunderbolt Dual SSD

Note that average SSD speed is around 240 MB/s. |

Also, two of these HDD models in a daisy chain will give you higher transfer speeds that a single SSD and 1 TB storage capacity, so it's interesting to think about it too. |

And too noisy based on the Ars Technica review. Samsung has some nice models. Check the Hardware Evolution review. |
