we want to make a NPAPI browser plugin that allows the browser to connect to MIDI in- and outputs on the local machine, like this plugin http://jazz-soft.net/.

The plugin should be able to act as a VST host, so existing VST plugins can be included or loaded into the plugin

The plugin must have an expandable API that allows for building a GUI in Javascript/Actionscript on top of it.
