If you're referring to the sound before the drop that sounds very like something wolfganag gartner or justice would do
It sounds like to me a very distorted saw with a formant filter on it,sounds like it's been rinsed alot through distortion the change ups(pitched bits) sound like he has bounced it out and possibly looped it at different speeds, it's most definitely audio and possibly loop points bounced and then rinsed again through distortion. ---- It's all about the chef not about the kitchen |

I honestly think that's a manipulated vocal sample, not a synth. |

okay i have no idea, im sick of this!
i tried several massive wavetables, WOW filter, other formant filter, ohmnicide distortion, phaser, vocalizers, flangers, whatever.... not anywhere near i want that sound so badly...maybe youre right, it could be a vocal sample.. if someone has an idea and could give it a try i would be glad! thx |

dude... just use a vocoder, record your voice through a mic, then make a lead sound that sounds a little like his, but with a longer glide. Play a low note before you play the high note so it lifts up in pitch like his, or use a pitch bend on it; up to u. Let me know how it goes if you decide to try it out |

I'm very interested in how he made the actual buildup. It sounds very unique and cool. Wasn't this discussed somewhere? I can't remember where. Weird sounds and I love it. ---- MacBook Pro 15" | 2 GHz Intel Core i7 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 | 240GB OCZ Vertex 3 SSD + 500GB Toshiba internal HDD | AMD RAdeon HD 6490M 256MB | Apogee Duet | Logic Pro 9.1.6 | MAC OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.3 |

This guy has remade the track on FL Studio and there's a link to download the FLP, which includes the uplifter you mentioned and the Massive preset to go with it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=79W1pGGf2do |
