Hi guys, I am new here, but I hope you will still help me here.

These guys are an excellent band and most of their sounds are unique, but I wonder http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=up0 Bc9x-0SU#t=62s about this particular guitar sound from 1:04 to the end of the video. They use all analog gear, no alterations with software. I would just like to know how to recreate this on guitar, I don't mind if the solution is not analog. Could be ring modulation + tape delay?

Is that an expression pedal + a filter pedal? I would wonder what kind of filter pedal then?
