Maybe you could use the patches you've done for freeware synths to help promote banks for the payware synths if you decide to sell your patch banks.Good luck with it if you decide to give it a go Smile

Great stuff here. You seem to be a natural teacher Sendy. I've taught for awhile meself, and I've learned from you. Maybe you could teach synthesis at a local college?

There are some great sounds in there but the pad at about ~6:14 takes the trophy! Love
My guess is that it's made with the voice mod X LFO or ENV, FMed or Synced... or both Very Happy

Thanks for all the kind comments! I wasn't expecting anywhere near this many, to be honest. Not that I mind Smile

Re: Modular synthesis - there's a great paragraph in one of the last SOS Synth Secrets articles about thinking modularly - even in fixed routing synths - which very much rung true for me.

Re: Being a teacher of synthesis - I'd LOVE to do that, because I have so much passion for the manipulation of sound, but I'm terrible at talking in front of groups of people, to the point that I dread it, lol. I'm more an ideas person than a people person at the moment, so a book about synthesis, or a column in a magazine, or synth reviews or something would be easier for me.

Re: That last glass-pad sound - it doesn't use much trickery, actually. So little that I've just gone back to look at it, and there's even less going on with it than I remember Laughing

Really enjoyed the mental sounds and performance starting at 0:50 and the patch that starts at 3:45.
Great sounds all around.
