In that case you may have to wait a few hours - sometimes changes to app store info don't update for all users at the same time. The sale is running until Wednesday, so you won't miss out - if you do, we will honour the price one way or another.

No one else is writing in about this problem so I'm not sure what to say. If you haven't tried this again, log out of your app store account in Settings, power off the device and power on again. Log in to app store. Check the sound library list in Alchemy Mobile.
It's annoying, but I really don't know what is causing this, sorry. Peace, Andy. |

I had created my Appstore account with one email id many yrs ago. And a couple of yrs back, I registered on Camelaudio website with another email id to download the bonus sounds for the Alchemy Player. Now when I downloaded the Alchemy Mobile app from the Appstore, i registered the app by using the other email id by which i had registered on the camelaudio website. Today I logged out of the Account and made a fresh Account using my Appstore email id. I could log in alright but still cant see the additional library option. I have also tried logging off from my appstore, shutting down and logging in again as you suggested. Now I have deleated Alchemy and downloading it again for the 5th time as I write. I hope it works this time. I hope I am making myself clear. And once again I apologise to bother you so much but I really want to get the pro version Thanks and best regards. Shebil |

Hi,
It's no trouble to help - and wish I could be provide more of it! Your app store ID is completely separate from your Camel account email address. Mine are both different, it has never caused a problem. Normally when attempting to make in-app purchases via Alchemy Mobile (or any other app) a password prompt is displayed using your app store email address / ID. When the previous Alchemy Mobile update was released at the start of the year we had 2 or 3 users mention a very similar problem. We could not figure out what was causing it. A few days later, the problem went away without any changes by us or the user. Perhaps you could try emailing Apple support? Peace, Andy. |

Hey thanks Andy. Before the last update, all the sound libraries were always displayed. I think something went wrong after it. Infact first time I tried to upgrade, the option was displayed but greyed out. I'll try to contact apple and see if they can help out.

Hey Andy,
I'm feeling very silly right now. Actually I had 'restricted inapp purchases' in the general settings unknowingly. I was googling about inapp purchases and I came to know that there is a provision to restrict such purchases. Ofcourse I immediately unrestricted and purchased the upgrade within one minute. After an hour I got an email from apple support describing the same procedure I just hope I was in time to grab it at the discounted price because I forgot to take a look at the price in haste Best regards. I took alook at the FAQ and thought you can add that 'sometimes the soundpacks and the pro upgrade option are not visible at all'. And yes, the Pro features and the additional sounds are just awesome. I have always been a huge fan of desktop version of Alchemy Player but couldn't afford the full version. But Alchemy Mobile is super esp the bend function. I could score a movie in 90 min Best regards. Shebil |
