Hi

It's Saturday night here in Sendai: time to relax, listen to some fine tunes and learn about some others from you nice people.

Sure, it's not much of a thread idea, but it's an easy one.

So what were the last 3 songs you listened to?

For me:

1) Keep Their Heads Ringin' - Dr Dre
2) Doin' It - LL Cool J
3) These European Cities - Marconi Union.

Cool

Listening to some Earl Sixteen tunes right now; Jah General, Politician strategy/version, Soldier of Jah Army, ... I'm rolling some joints and warming up to go to town, this man Earl Sixteen gonna perform, backed by a finnish band if I understand correctly. I'm hoping for a horn section and good dj action before and after.

I've seen him live before, and he's nice, but really just looking forward for a quality dance .. Haven't been to many lately, except just recently was at one and got bitten by the dancing bug again. Wink

The last three days I've only listened to the Killers 'Day and Age'..so let's see
1. The World that We Live In
2. Goodnight, Travel Well
3. Losing Touch

but!
if you include the Music cafe, then it all changes:
1: Polyslax - Our Weightless Past
2. thedeadsoul - Walk the Earth
3. 4lbkitty - interlude

Bronto Scorpio - Colours

Other than the artists around here, the only thing I've listened to for the last 6-8 months is Fever Ray. I like to spend a good year or so with an album.

Other than here on KVR, it was probably something by John Williams, James Horner, Tomita, or Eion Flow. Whatever was on my mp3 player on shuffle. Neutral
