I would like to know how to make a snare like this or where to find this snare sample, and how this snares are processed( eq, compressing)

Try to mix a clap with a tr707 snare
Add reverb

The trick is to bring the clap a few milliseconds before the snare
To get the clllllap right Smile

You mean the snare of 1:40 right?? is that i want to do!

Yes the snare heard at 1:40 sounds like a TR707 snare (maybe pitched down)
