Hi,

did somebody use the Plugins of Crysonic? I'm so angry about the support - I think there is no support. Really I've switched to a new Mac and now I must wait over a week on registrations and nobody answers. With all other companies it was really easy - in one day - perfect.
I've read that they aren't answering mail sometimes, did somebody made the same experiences?

Crysonic has a long history of bad business practices, KVR has had multiple threads about them.

Constantly on "Intro Sale" ...but apart of the grotesque sale, their plug-ins sound very very cheap.

This is why they call themselves CRYsonic. Every time you hear something from them you've to cry.

I haven't used their stuff, after what I have read online I stay away.

Maybe I could increase my sales, if I write "ONLY €50 INSTEAD €159" at all my plugins and name some "famous" DJ's using them?

Many years ago there was a time I loved Spectralive. I grew up I guess.

As for their constant 'bestest evaaahh!! sales'.....

If you can ignore the very spotty customer support and lack of 64-bit versions(on PC), the Crysonic stuff is worth the asking prices. Just be sure that you catch them on sale (which they always are) and buy them bundled when possible.

Oh and NEVER pre-pay for anything that isn't already released.
