Hey all, I looked for a thread, and didn't see one...
I just got the email about version 3 of V Collection from Arturia. It was a good deal for upgrading so I went ahead and bought it. Now I'm just waiting for a download email or for my account to update... sigh... Wurlitzer, Spark VDM, and the SEM Oberheim are the new additions |

Yeah I have been way too tempted to buy this thing ---- my music: http://www.soundclick.com/alexcooper “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” |

Very very tempted now. I always wanted to try Arturia Wurlitzer. |

$99, at least that what my coupon amount was, probably the same for all, but I'm not sure if owning more gets a better discount. I only owned V2. |

And I just bought the Oberheim separately recently. Now I've upgraded from the last V collection to this one. Oh well, maybe I can sell the other Oberheim license since I haven't registered it with Arturia yet (bought it second-hand on KVR). If anyone wants a cheap Oberheim, let me know.
EDIT: Does anyone happen to know if it is possible to sell an Arturia license you have only installed on the software eLicenser but not registered with Arturia? The remove option doesn't seem to work. Can it only be moved to a hardware dongle? |

Already have 2 of them (Jupiter 8-V and CS-80V). Upgrade to the full 10 € 249 according to my account. Tempted, because of SEM V and Spark Vintage (which using other deals would be somewhat over $ 150 now). Is approx. € 20 each for the other 6. Good deal? |

It's good for collecting, and I would love the chance to play ARP 2600 from time to time, but whenever I look at the pack I don't know who would possibly use all the instruments. I wish they did some custom packs made available, so you can mix and match. I like ARP 2600, but I don't want CS80. I like Prophet and Jupiter, but I don't want Moog Modular, and so on. |

That's effectively what Analog Laboratory allows you to do. I believe you can even mix and match different algorithms Origin-style. Personally, that's the direction I'm going. |

Hm, maybe I haven't figured out how to do that. It appears you can only select presets from the individual instruments, not a mix n' match approach (Oberheim oscillators and Prophet filter, etc). I think only Origin does that. -Sam |

If you haven't registered it, then there's nothing that needs to be done at all. Otherwise, you'd just email support and ask them to deregister the serial number. The license, however, is yours to do with as you please. If you can get it to another person's computer, sell away. I'm actually planning on doing the same thing, since the V3 upgrade is only $69. |

$99 upgrade to V3 is crazy. Just bought it. It's worth it just for Spark alone, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. |

Just logged into Arturia's site and my account - since i hadnt received the email yet. The special offer and coupon code showed up in my account area. I have four of their sw synths that I picked up the the Laboratory 61 deal a month or two ago. The CS-80, Moog Modular, Jupiter-8, and the SEM. I also grabbed the Moog Original the other day when they had their give-away. This is tempting. I would pick up the Wurlitzer V, Prophet V, ARP 2600V, Mini V (the full version of what they have away a couple of weeks ago), and the Spark. Pretty great deal.. Coupon on my Account page is the collection 3.0 (Download version) for $99.00.
So - the deal (for me anyway) - is $99 for the V Collection 3.0 Download version AND -- in bold highlighted lettering-- Please note that by upgrading to the V Collection 3, you won't be allowed to unregister and resell your former licenses that are now a part of the V Collection 3 j Last edited by jdoo on Thu Jul 26, 2012 6:22 pm; edited 1 time in total |
