Maybe after registering the plugin i'll receive a different coupon code... Ingo Same feeling here, SEM V and Spark VDM are on my list. Through JRR this will be some € 130. But for approx. € 120 more also have Modular V, ARP2600 V, Prophet V & Prophet VS, Wurlitzer V and the full version of Mini V is tempting. Hard decision. |

I purchased the update for €99... The Prophet/Wurli/Spark and laboratory were the ones I didn't have (plus the full V) and I am mighty impressed with Spark and the Lab. Worth the update price IMHO:) |

Perhaps that's the coupon that's not working properly. I'm also getting cold feet so unless Arturia hurry up they'll lose sales. I even sent them a link to this thread in my reply but no one from Arturia has responded. They don't seem to be taking this seriously. My original plan was to buy Jupiter 8V only. I just used the "Killerkitty" deal at JRR Shop and ordered Jupiter 8V (download license) for just 65 Euros (99 Euros at Arturia)!! Maybe after registering the plugin i'll receive a different coupon code... Ingo I thought about doing this also. So far I have three products, Analog Lab, Mini V and SPARK Vintage. If we buy another synth at JRR for 65 Euros then will the upgrade at Arturia drop to 149 Euros or 99 Euros for the V Collection? If it's 149 Euros then buying another synth from JRR (even at discount) isn't worth it. If the V Collection upgrade is only 99 Euros for customers with four synths then this is a very good strategy. The problem is, how do we know whether Arturia will lower the upgrade price if we buy another synth? Maybe the coupon codes are now fixed? It's a bit of a risk. Possible but i already got SEM V and Prophet V and now will get Jupiter 8V. Not to forget the free Minimoog V Original. For me those are the Arturia synths i really wanted and when i finally get the discount (or a working code) at Arturia i'll rethink about the upgrade. UPDATE: Just received (from JRRshop) and registered the license for Jupiter 8V. Ingo Great! Did you get a new discount coupon and if so how much does the upgrade cost now? |

BTW after they proposed to manually enter the code the case now appears as "closed" in the "support" part of my account... At the moment i guess i'll stay with the synths i got now. Maybe someone will reply about the code today or later and i'll see then. Next synth i'll have an eye on is the upcoming TAL U-NO LX. From what i heard so far it will be awesome. Ingo I've added a post to a thread about this problem in Arturia's forum. I hope they respond to it. Maybe they're flooded with upgrades and they have a backlog. TAL U-NO LX looks really interesting as do the other effects. I'll spend some time trying the demo's. |

I have 7 existing (I owned one of their earlier collections and added the SEM) . Offer is still $99. For which I'd get Wurlitzer V, Spark Vintage and Analog Factory. Still seems like a pretty good deal. That was very understated of me in hindsight -- having now installed Wurlitzer, Spark Vintage and Analog Factory, they are all FANTASTIC!! Very pleased with this update! Quite the bargain here folks! Thanks Arturia! |

Still no reply from Arturia's sales department - unbelievable...
I wrote 3 times to them since I upgraded to the V-Collection (now 11 days ago) - with no reply - send in a ticket to tech support - they at least responded - on a sunday (!) - but they forwarded it to the sales support - still no reply !! Really, this is beyond belief - I'd never would expect this kind of "support" from a company such as Arturia - this is ridiculous !! I think, I'll sign in to their forum tomorrow, if I don't get a reply until then. I'm a patient guy, but the riot inside me is slowly breaking through... @munchkin and Ingonator: what about you - did you hear back anything from the sales department ? |

Just an email from their tech department last week referring the case to sales. Sales had already replied to an email I sent them advising me to enter the code manually which I'd already done without result. Arturia support seems so bad it's almost Microsoft bad. |

I'm not a big fan of PayPal, and though I use it to buy and sell on ebay, I otherwise avoid it for two reasons:
1) You can't so easily reverse a payment as with your credit card. When I have to use PayPal, I use my credit card to pay. 2) Three years ago a con artist took $2,000 out of my checking account through PayPal, as "payment" for a Macbook I never even knew existed. Turned out it was a security hole and he had a bunch of user passwords. Having thousands removed from your personal account doesn't make you want to link it to PayPal very badly. Spark VDM so impressed me that I bought Spark hardware at JRRshop at 21% off the already (normal) reduced price. Ended up being $433 and Spark lists for $599, which is actually 28% off list. ---- Crime in multi-storey car parks. That is wrong on so many different levels. http://soundcloud.com/dan-ling |

Good news everyone who hasn't been able to use their code! If you contact [sales-inquiry at arturia dot com] and explain the problem Arturia sales team will sort it out very quickly. |

Yeah, I've read about it in their forum...seems they realized, that they have to do something about it. Indeed, after I wrote another email about my issue to this new contact, they replied within an hour (in the evening, which I didn't expected !) and fixed the issues I had with my purchase. Now on to explore some stuff... Cheers |
