Hi guys

i am very attracted by the cS 80 v sounds, and looking at the Arturia's one it looks impressive, and the price is interesting too ( 99 euros)

before I give up and buy it online, could you please tell me if there are other alternatives for THIS SPECIFIC synth (cs 80 v) around ? both free and commercial, of course

thanx

You have not seen the big banner "Killerkitty"?
"killerkitty" is also the name of the coupon code you must enter. This gives a discount of $20.79 so you have to pay only $78.21.

+1 MemoryMoon stuff is excellent! ME-80 only costs $40 and it is a tremendous product. Seriously, please take the time to demo it.

Think twice about that... Get the Analog Laboratory! You know about the difference?

Analog Laboratory has over 4300 presets and there is also the Oberheim SEM included. So you have all synth from Arturia.
If you buy some of this synth because you are interested to program own sounds, Analog Laboratory will use your installed synth so you have the option to edit the sound or program a new for using inside Analog Laboratory.
Analog Factory is a bit cheaper, but has not the Oberheim SEM and you have not the option to edit/create sounds.

I never program sounds with software, I have hardware synths for that matter.
softsynths are mere preset libraries for me.

I'm not a big fan of Synthedit stuff but the M80 sounds more pleasing and more analog (eventually it matches also better a real CS80).
But the Arturia CS80 has a lot of additional options which makes it very usable.

If you have V Collection 3, would Analog Laboratory bring extra's? Like extra patches? Or are these all included in the synths themselves?
Otherwise it will be a $ 99 patch library.
