Almost there. Just need to work on a few transitions, then I can finally put this one to bed. EDIT: Done. SoundCloud version replaced with final version ---- "I was wondering if you'd like to try Magic Mushrooms" "Oooh I dont know. Sounds a bit scary" "It's not scary. You just lose a sense of who you are and all that sh!t" SoundCloud Last edited by Mushy Mushy on Thu Aug 23, 2012 8:39 am; edited 1 time in total |

There seems to be a horrid click at about 2:37 or so. Is that on purpose? Actually, it's in several places. Hmm, so I'm guessing that those are the transitions that you were talking about; look at me, I'm a geeeeenyuuuus!
Nice kick though. |

Thanks for listening mate Nice kick though. Those clicks certainly aren't meant to be there. I was getting several of them when playing back in real-time but thought they disappeared after rendering Coincidentally they all seem to appear on, or near, a transition. Hopefully they'll disappear if I bounce some of the more CPU intensive tracks. Thx again ---- "I was wondering if you'd like to try Magic Mushrooms" "Oooh I dont know. In fact, it basically just a 303 ---- "I was wondering if you'd like to try Magic Mushrooms" "Oooh I dont know. Sounds a bit scary" "It's not scary. I'm big on acid-
I listen again. I'll follow u on the Cloud, hoping u post up yer synth one. TY fer the sounds 8D I think the mushies need a genre too! edit- You can do totally non-acid things with 303. I made this track with a coupla drums, and Silverbox is the only instrument-> http://soundcloud.com/you/tracks?q=arwen%27s So there's my all 303 track ---- Smoke the pipe of peas, human beans! http://soundcloud.com/nix808 http://rekkerd.org/nix-plugs/ Phonics Audio |

These tracks will be appearing soon. But I said that 6mths ago nix808 wrote: You can do totally non-acid things with 303.
Re 303: Yeah no doubt. When I hear "it needs 303" my mind tells me that person is asking for the typical squealing 303 sound I made this track with a coupla drums, and Silverbox is the only instrument-> http://soundcloud.com/you/tracks?q=arwen%27s So there's my all 303 track Sounds nice mate. Following you now. And yeah, silverbox (D16) FTW. ---- "I was wondering if you'd like to try Magic Mushrooms" "Oooh I dont know. Sounds a bit scary" "It's not scary. I have a some sweet Psy,
that I'm always glad I chose to put on. Some of my faves are Broken Toy and Sub6, just heading on back to Soundcloud to listen to the Psy bents. I like typical squealing 303! Yeah that track is just a doodle really, I always wanted to play 303 with guitar, so it's just a MIDI guitar riff with some odd sounds thrown in. I have some new stuff coming up too. Usually I just work on one track, but atm I have 3 on the go. They have acid, psy and dubstep/dub influences, but I don't really hit the sound for any particular one. Who are ur Psy faves? I ended up selling SilverBox in a cleanout. IMO there is still space for "the" soft 303 I have that D16 gear, mainly I use Rebirth though Cheers, just grab a beer and listen ur sounds ---- Smoke the pipe of peas, human beans! http://soundcloud.com/nix808 http://rekkerd.org/nix-plugs/ Phonics Audio |

That's a top track fella, loving the percussion and general drive of it all (not to mention the kick!); kind of reminds me of a few of the old Jeff Amadeus tunes on Squat Out of interest, what did you use to make that dirty rising siren noise? |

Out of interest, what did you use to make that dirty rising siren noise? The siren was programmed with Albino3, with an Aether 'verb on an insert and another one on a send. I've been working on tidying a few thing up on the track, so with any luck will have another version posted by the end of the week. ---- "I was wondering if you'd like to try Magic Mushrooms" "Oooh I dont know.
