Postby Lachrymose; Tue Dec 04, 2012 5:40 am Alchemy Player Preset Question

I'm new to the Alchemy Player and I like it alot.
I've downloaded some soundfonts and they work great in it.

Is it possible to allow the alchemy player to browse my soundfonts the same way it accesses the factory presets?

thanks

Hi,

Good to know you're enjoying Alchemy Player.

Unfortunately it is not possible to browse SFZ files using the preset browser interface. The full version of Alchemy does make selecting SFZ files easier by including the files in the Load Audio menu for each individual source, so that is something to consider if you think you may upgrade.

Peace,
Andy.

its also worth pointing out that SFZs and soundfonts are 2 different formats. alchemy only loads SFZ, not soundfonts.

cheers,
