is here something what can be connected betwen two interfaces and one pair of monitors to quick swap channels l/r?

Yes there are lots of devices for this. Here's one example, works great:

There are cheaper options available from SM Pro Audio:

+1 for the SM Pro.

The are far more expensive options out there with nice extras on them, but that one does the basics well, sounds great and has tank like build quality which should last you a fair while.
