I've always been intrigued by Massive Attack's production techniques and the attention to detail in their sound design. I was wondering how the synth-like passage in the bridge of their song 'Risingson' was created. (Was it sampled from a real instrument or is it purely a electronic based sound ((If so what synths might they use))

Would be glad if anyone could help me out. It's a question that's been nagging away at me for ages.

Btw if your not familiar with the song, the part I'm on about starts at 2:35 Smile
