Hi Guys,

I'm just speccing a new pc build and wanted to see if any had experience using an EMU 1616m PCI or PCIe card with an ASUS M5A99X motherboard (or very similar)? I have an EMU 1616m PCI running in my current PC fine, but wanted to check that it would work in a new machine seeing as lots has changed since I last built a PC! I might buy a new 1212m PCIe to run in the new PC if the PCI old school no longer seems to work well.

For reference the rest of the specs I intend to get are:

AMD FX 8350 processor
16GB 1866MHz Corsair Vengeance ram
ASUS nVidia GeForce 660 Ti 2GB graphics card (I do video editing as well as sound)
Hard disks....
Optical drives....
