I recommend having a listen to polyslax in this forum, he's been doing some cools stuff with his guitar.

I have a suggestion. Make this your 'practice' piece, and play it (or at least part of it) every time you pick up the guitar. In about a month's time, record it again. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at the difference

Right now you have to concentrate on what you're doing, but in time you fingers will learn where to go and that will make your style smoother.
