This is just sounds from Vienna Symphony Library and Cinematique Instruments. One lot get rave reviews and are expensive, the other lot get almost no reviews, are cheap'n'cheerful, and just as wonderful if not more so. Funny, how they work so well together.
I am falling in love with Cinematique, and I really hope they keep turning out more new stuff because I love their approach.

I am checking out all of your Bowie covers on Soundcloud. You actually covered Bowie Ryko bonus tracks like "Dodo" and "Alternative Candidate." That is wonderful and also insane! Very Happy Also notable is a funky guitar version of Kraftwerk's "The Model." I have some listening to do this weekend.

I love those Ryko songs! Thanks, I love doing these Bowie classics, and have been floating around since he came out of retirement!

I love those Ryko tracks too. Are you participating in this very well written Bowie blog? The author is writing a book covering every Bowie song: http://bowiesongs.wordpress.com/

Your version of "Quicksand" is really good. A difficult song to cover I imagine.

No, but I would love to know who he is!
I sometimes think it must be DB, or someone close.
Anyhow, it is a brilliant blog, the best thing on the internet about Him.
Quicksand was kind of awkward, but what a lovely song!

The blog is written by Chris O'Leary with the musician Momus adding some brilliant comments.

First place for many years, where I have read anything about DB that I didn't know already.
I think it is going to come out in book form one day. He has one purchaser guaranteed!
Is he American?

Yes, it will be a book. I think Chris is American or at least he lives in New York.

He's a fine writer and analyst of The Man.

Nice. This is very pleasant, and I like the sounds employed on here. It all has a very pleasant vibe. I might have put a little reverb on the clarinet.

Good work Smile
