Hey Sylenth1 users, in the video below there is a sound I'm looking for.
The synth starts at 0:46, I asked the artist what vst he made it in and he said it was made with sylenth but I can't seem to get the sound in any way at all. Anyone who has a clue on how it's made? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0fVTXOFN6A Thanks! |

I can only hear nexus sounds...
The song fits really good on a album like "hits for kids 43". Last edited by triwel on Fri Mar 01, 2013 3:51 am; edited 1 time in total |

Doesn't sound too complex, I used to own Sylenth1 and it should be able to make a preset like that. Sounds to me like there is little bit of noise mixed in on one of the 2 layers, and there is an lfo changing the volume overall.
I don't think it's a saw or square wave, it's a little tough to tell from the audio of YouTube though. |

At OP, I just sent you a PM with a link to a patch I made (in 3 minutes ...) that will get you very close to what you're looking for. It's not perfect but you can tweak it to get it right.
I hope that helps. |
