I wanted to register Kontakt 1 via the modern Service Center, but this was not possible, because the Serial Number was to short. But it is the correct Number, because in the Installation Process it was accepted.
Any Idea how to register Kontakt 1? I need to, because I want to Crossgrade...

I recently registered a copy of FM7 I have had for years that had the same problem.

I sent them an email with a picture of the box/cd/manual/serial, and they registered it to my account within a day.

yes, i send them my serial number and they activated it for me. Was no problem.

Well you don't have to be rude.

They probably just remembered their thread and wanted to let those who posted previously know that it worked. Plus it is better to have confirmation on customer support issues for people who search the forums for similar issues.
