FRACT OSC - Musical exploration game

A music studio within a game :o Synthesis and gameplay, that's quite an unusual combination..

This has just been released for pre-order, anyone tried it yet?

No band limits, aliasing is the noise of freedom!

It looks quite high concept, so it remains to be seen how well the game-play is executed, but I might give it a spin when it's released. It's reasonably priced too.

Might be a good concept to learn basic synthesis to youngers or at least get them interested, if it is well executed of course.

Would be cool if it had ReWire and midi out :hihi:

+1

Also a sprint key (to improve workflow)

I bought it last week and started to play it today.
It's absolutely fantastic! Both mesmerizing and intimidating but definitely a game you want to get lost in.

.
Does anyone know if this game runs on 32-bit Windows?

Can't find that info on the website.

Also when I see the recommended specs (6 Gb RAM! :o ) It seems it doesn't . :(

Anyone who knows?

I don't know about running it on a 32-bit system but I can understand the 6 GB of RAM.
The game is pretty much one extremely large level so everything has to be loaded at the same time.
I played it fine on my PC which has 8 GB of RAM. It's a great game!

Yeah, that's what they're saying on the website too.

Unfortunately I'm still on a 32-bit system. I like the game very much. It's not expensive but I rather first know if I could run it. . :(

Silly question: have you tried contacting the developers?
