Could double tracked vocals be processed like a Wavestation does?

How to do this, that and the other. Share, learn, teach. How did X do that? How can I sound like Y?

I admit I don't fully understand how the Wavestation works but is there a way to do what it does to two sample to two takes (maybe one heavily autotuned?) of a vocal track?
