Do you recall - The true you
Observing worlds - Another orbit
Seeing beauty - In the rarest of things
Your reflected face - In a puddle
Mysterious and new. Every place
Do you recall - The true you
Drawing rainbows- On street corners
Sun-gazing - Rain-bathing
Turning the earth into castles
In the soft breeze - just being
You were there - The true you
Naked and untamed
You were there - The true you
Before you had a name
There you are, humming a song
Counting stars, In the back of your mind
Do you recall - The true you
Observing worlds - Another orbit
Seeing beauty - In the rarest of things
Your reflected face - In a puddle
Mysterious and new. Every place
Do you recall - The true you
Drawing rainbows- On street corners
Sun-gazing - Rain-bathing
Turning the earth into castles
In the soft breeze - just being
You were there - The true you
Naked and untamed
You were there - The true you
Before you had a name
There you are, humming a song
Counting stars, In the back of your mind

Up, Down, Up. I'm getting dizzy.
Nice song, and vocal sounds fine to me on my MId-Fi setup.

It wasn't me! (well, actually, it probably was) - apparently now an 'elderly' so maybe I forgot!

I like it a lot, but I am unsure about the way the vocals sit, not so much in the mix, but in the articulations, it sort of sounds like the song has been imposed on the backing rather than integrated with it. I love the lyric concept and the first lines sit really well but, the verses, a bit forced... my instinct says simplify.
