Sci-fi Voice - Any ideas?

Hello! I came across this video which features a really cool sci-fi voice. This isn't your usual vocoder effect or pitchshifter(although I'm quite curious what pitchshifter he later uses in the video). Do you have any ideas on how to duplicate the effect(s) you hear?
