That is not possible ATM.
What IS possible is dragging a clip to the browser to save it. If you then later drag it back into the empty space between tracks, the clip is restored as well as the track with all devices. So this at least allows you to keep some of the work you may have done.

What I told you is a little trick to keep some of the stuff you may come up with.
