Hi there girls and guys,

I just finished this mix (I also wrote, sang, did all the guitars and keys, programming aka producing ;)). not mastered yet. I used almost only Nebula EQs, Compressors, Tape, Consoles, etc..

Your feedback to make it sound better are very welcomed :)
Thanks for your time.

Sounds good - nice mixture of wide Nebula-inspired space and also close sounds at other points during the track.

Thanks man but I think you are mistaken with Nebula the reverb. I was talking about Nebula the convolution analog based complex program. :)

Now I'm confused about which Nebula you're talking about!

I often run my audio through Acustica Audio's Nebula (Pro) consoles, by third party developers such as AlexB and CDSoundmaster, and the effect is to make the audio sound wider, deeper and more alive than if my tracks did not pass through this stage.

Are you talking about Acustica Audio Nebula too (and if so, are there any compressors that you enjoy using, as I'm yet to purchase any recent AA Nebula comps)?

Or are you using a new Nebula convolution program that I don't know about?

Either way, the track sounds good.

Somehow, plajia hit the wrong button to reply, and it came out as reporting a post..to continue the discussion, here it is:

Dig it. You got your own sound going, the effects are nicely blended and stimulating, sense of space is interesting, and sounds well produced.

Great song, with a low of "throwback" production elements. I thought it sounded like a song from a sixties or seventies band. That's not a problem with your mix/production. It sounds like you were aiming for this type of vibe/style. I thought I heard some distortion on the bass at 2:05.

Good work :)

Nice song, what I really like is that there is much variation, sometimes even a bit too much...

Hi there thanks a lot for the comment. I hear ya. but when you try to do something different you will always have some critics. it is a middle finger to some boring predictable modern music. just having fun being creative :)

cheers mate.
