Safe to Clear Cache?

Hi,

I need to free up some space on my HDD so I lowered the Bitwig Cache from 9.8GB to 5GB but it hasn't cut down on the cache size (full, at 9.8GB). Is it safe to delete it? It's mainly sample cache.

my cache is getting a bit large as well, is it safe to select folders within the cache folder and delete them?

i do it quite often yes. It just saves the waveform information to quickly display the waveforms. Next time you open your sessions, this would need to recache, so could delay the display. But otherwise save yes.
