Ample Sound,
In my Applications folder, I have a subfolder called Ample Sound, and a subfolder called AmpleGuitar. The Ample Sound folder appears to have the latest version of everything. The AmpleGuitar folder appears to have older 1.07 versions in there. However the AmpleGuitar folder contains other subfolders such as "MIDI Files", "Manual", and "Presets."
Is it safe to delete this AmpleGuitar subfolder? Should I first move the mentioned subfolders out of there into the Ample Sound folder?

I don't know how safe it is, but I always move anything like that to a new location (preferably an external drive I can disconnect), and/or rename the folder.
Then I test the program to make sure everything still works.
If everything seems OK, I wait a month and then I'll delete the moved file.

Hi, if you to remove old version completely the best way is to download and run uninstaller http://www.amplesound.net/en/download.asp. Note this will also remove the current version so you need to reinstall the latest. I suggest you can keep the folder there as it only takes a small amount of space.
