Neither mixed nor mastered but I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on this:

I'm by no means a Neurofunk / DNB expert but as a fan of Noisia (e.g "Monster" springs to my mind when listening to your track), this is right up my alley !
Grrreat stuff, really enjoyed it.
I know overused expression but - epic.
Looking forward to hear the finished version.

Great energy, lots of complementary elements. I liked the DnB/dubstep fusion and the guitars worked out very well. It will be interesting to hear the final version.
Good work

Thank you seismic. Yes, it's going to sound slightly different when properly mixed and mastered. My workflow is such that I try to mix a little as I write but it's never perfect and the final mix inevitably is slightly different.seismic1 wrote:Great energy, lots of complementary elements. It's a challenge with guitars in the context of a tune like this because you want them loud but not overwhelming the beats or synth elements.
So, I very much appreciate your feedback and anyone elses.

Thanks, and don't worry about only listening on laptop speakers. Your feedback is valuable because plenty of people first hear tunes that way.d-s-m wrote:Nice track, very Noisia-esque!! Only listened on laptop speakers but sounding good to me
You're in for a treat once you can listen with more bass though

Thank you very much! I'm not the best engineer in the world so its all a challenge but yes, I plan on continuing along these lines.
