(win) bitwig don't go full windowed...

.. that started to annoy me :

i put windows bar (edit) NOTdown... UP,

it dont start full windowed.

at loading, it shows some DOS windows, so it not open in full windowed,

i use to start fullscreen somtimes....

he don't care i put bar ups, even window, i like to see workspace cleardown, linux-like.

If I quit Bitwig in fullscreen, it starts as fullscreen on launch.
