I've had e-mail exchanges with them when things were more calm.
I think It depends on how busy they are.
with 1.2 looming they are very busy rite now.

They are always prompt in replying to my support messages. Usually about two days.

I have had varying response times ranging from a few hours to a few weeks.

Depends how busy they are and how long it takes them to investigate the bug.

Same here. A little more now and then. In general I have found them to be very responsive.

I'm not so much worried about the reply more so that they know about the bugs, doesn't seem like they check the forum enough to find out about the bugs.

Last week was Musikmesse, so some mails might take a bit longer.

They are usually pretty quick, however Messe took a whole week out of most devs schedules
