I made a version of Strong Bad's techno song from Homestarrunner.com.

I have no idea what I'm doing most of the time.

^^^
Love the vocal effects and stylings. Also nice to have some sort of vid to accompany the beats.
I will share a "fun" Faltermeyer interpretation/mix I made. Which has, like, Paloma Faith type vocals with it (if anyone gets as far as the chorus...) I make things by accident in Bitwig sometimes, as I've said before, meaning I do not necessarily want to make what I am making, but it is flowing out so easily... I just go with it.
This one happened when I was testing the best ways of warping and cutting sections from songs etc, and I was in the soundtracks folder and I hit upon my "Faltermeyer Collection" which included the Kuffs soundtrack. Not all that familiar with it, but liked the hook of the track I heard, so tried various methods of sampling it as an experiment. Mimicked the notes with some VSTs to create additional parts, and dug out a 1970s vocal sample which I pitched up to match and sound more "modern" and Paloma style (I do not particularly like Paloma Faith either... She's OK, but you know, hope you are getting the picture here... I was not in control! I was channeling God. Yeah, well, the Devil more like.) So about an hour later there was the basis of a full track.
Not saying it's good! (I don't even know what genre this is... Club? No? I don't know. Heh) but it was one of those times where I was engrossed in the process, and very impressed by Bitwig's ease of use. Songs don't just drop out of my rear in the same way when I use other DAWs.
The YouTube upload seems to have murdered the quality, and the levels etc (might be the video conversion/compression of my video to blame too?) but anyway... As this is not one of my masterpieces(!) I will not worry myself over it.

Nice one guys. Let's hope they keep coming as more people get used to the daw.
It's always great to hear something other than EDM (i.e. Trance, House, Techno) being done.

Here's my 2 pennies worth:

Having been out of action for so long I'm actually scared of making crap music so thought an attempt to re-create a really enjoyable track would at least ease the transition. I'm actually amazed at how streamlined the process of creating a track in Bitwig is. Getting over a hurdles and discovering stumbling blocks was actually fun. I'm not keen on the sampler or the drum rack but everything else is bang on, especially the multiband-fx...so flexible!
This was the first time using the arrange page; it's superbly put together. The fact that you can edit multiple clips at the same time means that a lack of ghost tracks isn't a problem. That feature will probably find its way in at some point anyway. Cpu utilisation is silly in this vid but that's due to the sledgehammer approach taken for the sake of speed. There's way to much going on for such a simple track. I just wanted to get the right sound as quickly as possible.
Who's next?
