Where do I send a crash log?

I have a nice, fresh crash log from a nice, fresh crash from the nice, fresh T6 public BETA.

Where do I send it? This is my first persistent crash with Tracktion...

Super easy - visit www.traction.com and use the floating 'help' button - please zip the log file first as they can get too large for the Zendesk mail system - then we can route the thread to all the necessary folks

I can find no way to send an attachment via the help button.
Also the link above is wrong.

Found Help. Tried a search for "crash log", nada, but did get a "leave us a message" button.. clicked it, copied the relevant part of the crash log, tried to send... msg too big, so I clipped to just the crashy bit and that went through.

fill the form, send and wait for the automatic responce, once you get that in your email, then you can attach the file and send.

I don't see "send us a question", just a search box, Chrome latest version, Win 7 64-bit. No joy under IE11, either.

You do mean the help button at the bottom/right of the window, correct?

There must be something wrong with my browsers...

NEVERMIND ALL THIS!

Turns out it was a plugin bug, the company JUST issued a fix and now all is happy in the T6 world.

Mean old buggy plugins!
