Ok, so I run the installer 3-4 times and I still cannot find any plugins in C:\Program Files\Common Files\East West\Vstplugins\ . I checked on E/W's website, but there is nothing there that I can find.
I am running Windows 8.1 with Cubase Elements 7, both of which should be compatible.
help!

Rus as admin,try a different location, check other vst folders

Here's what you do because mine wasn't where I expected it to be either.

Pull up windows explorer. Go to the box in the top right hand corner and type in play_vst and do a search. If it installed, you'll find it.
