I know posting a '90s grunge song on a forum mainly dedicated to electronic music is a bit... random, but folks here always seem to have a firm understanding on theory and timing and I could use your help.
It sounds like when the bass kicks in at the beginning of the song, the bass line (and the entire verse for that matter) is in 6/4 timing, then the song kicks into 4/4 for the chorus and then the bridge/ solo. The clean guitar in the verses doesn't always sound straight 6/4 though..

Any ideas? Please let me know, thanks!
Is this song partially in 6/4?

When I listen to the drums, it's all straight 4/4 throughout the whole song. The bass might do some odd bits, but that's normal in this style.

Huh! Had trouble tracking it. I don't really know. Verse was... blurry. Would've loved to hear them in the process of nailing that song down, composing it.
Video was delightfully 90's.
But maybe for contrast, here's one definitely in 6/4. MGMT - Electric Feel
