Very Common synth sound but I just cant Nail it!! Future's New Tracks have it.

Hello! First Off I want to thank you guys for your help.

This is a very commonly used sound which has been in pop culture for a while used to describe hallucinations and eery situations. I quite possibly might be asking for two different synths but they are both similar to me.

In this video, the sound is at 00:27 and appears periodically throughout the song again at 00:41 seconds.

Here, the main synth is basically the synth im describing, but it is in its more traditional pitch at its introduction at 00:15 when they say "DANCE LIKE A WHITE GIRL."

Now that sounds like a simple pusle wave or saw wave with an envelope on the pitch but for some reason I can not get the envelopes right! Here is actually the sound that I want to understand how to do much more however, it is at the beggining of this song from 00:01 to 00:07.

This is the sound I would like to know how to create even more the the first one, but both I understand, are just saw waves with envelopes, and for years I could never get the envelopes right. Please help!
