You don't really need specialized software for this. Any DAW or audio editor will do. All you need to do is to process a signal with one element set to 1 and the rest to zeros with the digital effect you want to capture the IR of. I've included links to such files below. You can capture a true stereo IR using the Dirac_L / Dirac_R files or a mid to stereo IR using the Dirac_M file:
