Is there any was to only show the cables connected to a certain output or input?
Or have the rest be more transparent to better see where certain cables go?

There was a way to do this with Reason, it was quite useful. It'd make all the other cables transparent and the cable with the mouse hovering over it would be opaque. It definitely helped when trying to reverse-engineer the crazier patchted combinators and I'd like to see it in Ace/Bazille as well.
