Global common automation lane(s)

I'd like to send the same 3 automation lanes to multiple instrument tracks.
I'm sure this can be done, just not sure the (best) way?

The application is to automate the 3 parameters of the Diatonic Transposer so that I have control over an instance on each instrument track in the arrangement. The Transposer is setup so that the first 3 macros control Key, Scale, and Mode Shift. I would instance this on each tonal instrument track and would like them all to receive the same simultaneous automation so that there is a single point of control/editing.
