Hi, I bought MAutoDynamicEQ last month.
I have a question about behavior of "auto attack" and "auto release" in MAutoDynamicEQ.
When I set attack and release to Auto, How is those length calculated?
I experimented a little. But I could not fully understand their behavior.
If it is possible, I want you guys to explain specifically about behavior of "auto attack" and "auto release".
I've read the manual, but I want to know more details.
Below is my expectation.
Please correct or add if it is wrong or lack of information.
In MAutoDynamicEQ's BANDs setting,
High "FREQUENCY" or wide "Q" bring short release time.
Low "FREQUENCY" or small "Q" bring long release time.
These behaviors apply even without Auto mode.
In MAutoDynamicEQ's DYNAMICS setting,
Long attack time brings long release time.
short attack time brings short release time.
These behavior is effective only when release is set to Auto.
I am waiting for more information about this.
Thank you.

Hi, I cannot really reveal the technical details, but basically it follows the input level and variates release time on the fly, based on the opto circuit ideas. Please check the documentation for more info.
