Cream jumps tracks without being programmed

My version of (Fully Paid) version of Cream appears to have a strange bug. It prefers track 10 to others and will jump to 10 without being instructed to do so. I can turn the pattern sequencer on or off but it makes no difference. This does not happened when cream is first loaded but shortly after I have tried new sequences it jumps to 10. This is driving me mad.
I have an IMac running ElCaptain with LogicProX

Any help would be gratefully appreciated
