Zplane elastique pro v2 vs bitwig internal pitching

Zplane elastique pro seems to be the best pitching algorithm in the industry, especially looking at the list of 3rd party DAWs and programs that support it ( https://licensing.zplane.de/index.php?p ... astique-bc ) it's pretty obvious that it's the best. However, I don't think Bitwig uses it. Is licensing such a program/algorithm costly for a company like bitwig or is it that they simply want to use a diffirent algorithm?
