Virgin Island is an old composition I made 2-3 years ago, I had no monitoring speakers at that time. I listened to it recently, I thought the mix would be terrific, but finally it was OK so I added it on my soundcloud as is
What I like bout this new song is that the percussions and the bass follow the rhythm set by the melody. It is not perfect thought, there are a few notes that are out of time I feel, but I think I will go on working like that, by considering the drums like an accompaniment instrument, it gives a more human feel to the music I think, but it also requires more work to avoid getting something too messy :/

interesting blend. I liked the length. Nicely atmospheric, I really like the title (and the image you chose for the track) - the relaxed percussion also makes this a very good listen!
