Had a vocal track to work with which had a lot of potential but needed some tweaking/tidying up with various timing and pitch corrections, really got quite deep into using Cubase VariAudio and have been very pleasantly surprised at how easy and effective it is to use

The vocalist's style isn't really my taste, but the production is great. Cool 80's vibe, then the disco guitar comes in and adds some dancey catchiness to the chorus. The solo over the last chorus is a nice touch, and fits the retro aesthetic.

Good stuff. Like nineofkings said, it captures a cool 80s vibe really nicely. At times it particularly reminds me of some of Madonna's output from that era. I did like the vocalist, too.
