pretty obvious unless you've destroyed your 4khz and above
hearing nerves. even on the freq analyzer it goes off the chart.
calibrate your monitoring equipment.

I agree that that cymbal sound is MUCH too loud, and that the mix sounds a bit weird in the high registers. Wouldn't call it "horrid" though. Seems fine apart from those 2 things.
