Code Red Changes:

Added an option to choose which signal are VU meters displaying (input, output, or mono input in the left VU and mono output in the right VU), to help with level matching.
Added a control to adjust the level of 0 VU from -18 dbFS to -6 dbFS.
Fixed a small issue which affected the bottom end at higher sampling rates.
Fixed some minor UI issues.

Code Red Free Changes:

Added Mid-Side processing mode.
Fixed some minor issues.
Fixed minor UI issues.

Window 7 x64 users: To avoid a crash on plug-in scan, please, make sure you have at least Windows6.1-KB2670838-x64 update installed. Shout to @electro for finding exactly which windows 7 update fixes the crash on plug-in scan.
