Ok I spent hours redoing the bass part of the mix and the "mastering". I think it is much better now. Why do we do all this work for like 3 people to listen?

Soundcloud sucks some life out of it. Here you can download it if you want better sound. https://spaces.hightail.com/receive/IMRHfShwz8

simple composition, dont mind that.... but choice of sounds is kinda same ol same ol supersaw fare.
productionwise, it seems you got a backward freqency spectrum slant going on < but thats
just my opinion of course.

I like it. My only criticism would be the title. It seems to have nothing to do with the relaxing music.
There are only a few more shopping days left until Black Friday.

hey thanks a lot. What is a backward freqency spectrum slant? And any ideas how to fix it?

Thanks again.

I am not married to the title at all. In fact I was thinking the same. Any idea appreciated. :)

ok, Bassic is just one of many artists that know a thing or 3 about mixing and mastering.
compare his track to yours, you will notice yours lacks bass and the highs are over cooked.
thus the backward freq spectrum slant. look at his tracks graph in this screen cap.
again, compare to yours in my first comment.

yeah that makes sense I think. I cut a big chunk of bass out of the mix. Maybe too much.

layzer, I don't know if you will read this but thank you for pushing me to do my best on it and pointing out where it needed some work! I am glad the song is now named after you. I am still not sure the frequency spectrum is ideal.
